Il problema che risolve

In un bar, un ristorante, un negozio o un’officina le procedure stanno nella testa del titolare: come si accende la macchina del caffè, come si chiude la cassa, come si pulisce l’affettatrice. Ogni nuovo arrivato impara a voce, e con uno staff che parla lingue diverse qualcosa si perde sempre.

Comesifà le mette per iscritto una volta sola: una guida a passi, una foto per passo, un QR attaccato sulla macchina. Il dipendente inquadra e segue, nella sua lingua.

Cosa c’è dentro

  • Guide a passi. Una foto e una frase per passo, le avvertenze e 17 simboli di sicurezza stile segnaletica; «Cosa serve» e durata.
  • Racconta a voce. Raccontate la procedura mentre la fate: l’app trascrive e la divide in passi, voi aggiungete le foto.
  • Traduzione in più di 90 lingue. Si traduce una volta sola al salvataggio, con la correzione a mano quando volete; l’originale italiano resta sempre visibile.
  • QR ed etichette. Un QR per ogni guida e uno per tutte le guide del locale, con le etichette pronte da stampare.
  • La pagina per lo staff. Un passo alla volta con lo schermo che resta acceso, la lettura ad alta voce, e funziona anche senza campo. Nessun account per i dipendenti.

Da sapere

La traduzione automatica non è perfetta: foto e simboli portano gran parte del significato e le frasi da ricontrollare sono segnalate. Comesifà non sostituisce la formazione obbligatoria sulla sicurezza. Il piano gratuito arriva a 10 guide; i piani Pro (4,99 € al mese) ed Enterprise (25 € al mese) alzano i limiti e tolgono la pubblicità.

The problem it solves

In a bar, restaurant, shop or workshop, procedures live in the owner’s head: how to start the coffee machine, how to close the till, how to clean the slicer. Every new hire learns by word of mouth, and with staff speaking different languages something always gets lost.

Comesifà writes them down once: a step-by-step guide, one photo per step, a QR code stuck on the machine. The employee scans and follows, in their own language.

Good to know

Machine translation is not perfect: photos and symbols carry most of the meaning, and sentences worth double-checking are flagged. Comesifà does not replace mandatory safety training. The free plan covers up to 10 guides; the Pro (€4.99/month) and Enterprise (€25/month) plans raise the limits and remove ads.
